What is Got It Pro?

Got It Pro is a new service that connects you with a live expert in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for a 10 minute help session. Either using your Excel file or shared Google Spreadsheet, our experts will work with you in real time to help solve formula errors that you might be experiencing.

How does Got It Pro work?

After creating an account you will be presented with a form that will ask for an image, Excel file, or link to a shared Google Sheets document along with some information that will help our Experts better understand your question. Once you submit the form we will connect you with a live expert for a 10 minute chat session where our Expert will help solve your issue and instruct you on how to avoid the problem in the future. After the session you will be asked to rate the quality of the session and given the opportunity to provide us with additional feedback.

How much does Got It Pro cost?

During our beta period Got It Pro sessions are free. We hope to better understand the needs of you, the user, and how we can better serve your needs. When Got It Pro graduates from our beta period, you will be notified of the change. We hope that you will share feedback on your session so we can provide the best help available.

Is Got It Pro just for formula errors?

In our early beta we would like to focus on solving errors that the vast majority of users face when creating spreadsheets. Based on feedback from users we will look to expand those services depending on demand.

Who are your Experts?

Our Experts come from a diverse pool of educators and professionals who have demonstrated a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and has gone through our testing and training procedures to best support you, the user.

What if my Expert can’t help me?

We’re sorry if our Experts are unable to help solve your problem and by providing feedback our team can look at the session to better understand how to solve a similar problem in the future. Note, there are problems that cannot be solved and in those cases our Experts are instructed on providing you with possible alternative options to get the results you are looking for.

Can I request the same Expert?

Our system is designed to be anonymous both to our Experts and our Users, so we cannot guarantee that you will be connected to the same expert each time. Your feedback on Expert performance is appreciated, however, and your star rating can help us train, improve, and reward great Experts.
